Today, take about 30 minutes to inventory your "spices". For this weed out, expand spices to mean anything that you wouldn't eat by itself. So, include cooking spray, honey, protein powder, rice vinegar. corn syrup.....
A few thoughts:
-Take everything out of the drawer/cabinet first.
-Wipe out the empty surface.
-Try to consolidate spices/bottles
-Would a riser like that pictured help you see what you have a little better?
-Are you inspired to cook a meal you haven't cooked in a while..the one that you bought that particular spice for 6 months ago?
